Model United Nations Conference

During the month of November, some of our students attended their first MUN conference (Model United Nations Conference), which took place in Kraków.


Air purifiers

Date: 24th November 2017

Dear parents and students! Due to the air conditions in Cracow (pollution, smog) the school decided to invest in air cleaners. We already bought four air cleaners, which are now in our youngest pupils’ classrooms (nursery, reception, year 1 and year 2). With time, we will buy more air cleaners for the rest of our classrooms.


Bake Sale

Date: 19th November 2017

On Friday we had our second Bake Sale – this time it was hosted by upper secondary. There was a great selection of baked goods on sale, as well as fruit cups and savoury items. Thank you all for making it!

Open Night

Date: 27th October 2017

Last Tuesday we hosted our first Open Night for parents and it was an overwhelming success. The purpose of the event was to open up our doors to parents and to share with them what we are most proud of and what makes us unique as an international school in Krakow.


Halloween Party

The Halloween party is happening after lunch on Friday 27 October.  Everyone is invited to dress up.  To help the day run smoothly we would appreciate some Parent Volunteers.  Please contact the PTA if you can help, thank you.

Primary trip to Łazy forest

Date: 17th October 2017

Our Primary students (Y1-6) took their learning outside the classroom to extend their understanding of their IPC unit on plants. The trip to the forest of Łazy was led by Mr. Ardeshir Rana, who was their very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide for the day.


Doctor’s appointment

Please be kindly informed that the doctor’s appointment with Mrs Izabela Stockdale is available on Wednesday 18th October 2017 from 15:00. All interested parents are kindly asked to book the appointment with the Office.


Integration trip to Zakopane

On October 10th the upper secondary students (year 10-13) went on an integration trip to Zakopane. We have had quite a few new students joining us this year and we wanted all of the students to get to know each other since they are going to be spending the next few years together.


Karma Kitchen

A very enthusiastic group of volunteers from the non-profit foundation, Karma Kitchen, surprised our Primary students on Tuesday afternoon!


Yoga class for children

Extra-Curricular Activities Fair

On Friday 8th September we had the pleasure of hosting our Extra-Curricular Activities Fair, during which many families had the opportunity to meet with the instructors running the after school clubs, meet a representative from the International Womens’ Association of Cracow (Laura Gri), the PTA (led by Mrs Muller) and our ECA Coordinator (Paulina Krok p.krok@embassyschool.org).


Historic Bolide Car to visit Embassy!

Having a chance to have contact with engineering masterpieces from the past is a wonderful way to encourage our young people to think about how they can create their own technological masterpieces for the future.


The 2017/18 school year has started!


We are excited to report that the new school year is now underway! Our first day back after the break was filled with returning smiles and over 60 new friendly faces. We are all looking forward to a great year together. 🙂

Penny Turner’s latest book

We are delighted to announce the publication of Penny Turner’s latest book, issued by Lycabettus Press. Penny has received awards for all kinds of writing in the past and we look forward to more future success


Green Camp Day 6

Date: 8th June 2017

Today we went to breakfast and then everyone did different activities. Some people went cycling, some played tennis and others played football and hockey. After we swapped activities and some kids went to play in the fountain. There were frogs in the fountain. After we went to change and get ready for lunch and for our trip. Then all the kids went rafting.


Green Camp Day 5

Date: 7th June 2017

Today, Wednesday June 7th 2017 we had a really exciting day. First we had breakfast, then year 2 and 3 did some arts and crafts. The other kids played tennis and volleyball. It was a nice way to start the day.


Mathematical Kangaroo


As you probably know, on the 16th of March a great number of our students took part in the Mathematical Kangaroo (an international math contest). All of them did very well and showed a good level.
