Katarzyna Kotulska

Katarzyna Kotulska, PhD, CEO of Embassy International School.
Katarzyna holds a Ph.D. in economic sciences with a specialization in management and an MBA. She has been a research employee at the University of Economics in Krakow for 17 years and also has collaborated with the Banking and Management Higher School in Krakow. She conducted lectures and exercises for undergraduate and graduate students at the Faculty of Management in the areas of Production Management, Controlling in Enterprises, Reward Systems and Motivation, Enterprises in the International Market, Business Sciences, and Strategic Management.



She specializes in the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, serving as a supervisor for numerous bachelor’s and master’s theses. She has organized and participated in various international scientific conferences, presenting in both Polish and English. She is the author of numerous scientific papers and research projects in the field of enterprise management and has been a member of expert teams providing consultancy for businesses.

Having an international education background, she has been personally involved for many years, initially as a student on the Ronald Reagan exchange program in the USA and now as a mother of two children educated in international schools. Leveraging her knowledge and rich experiences, she contributes to creating a school that aims to provide children with a solid education and be their favorite place to spend time with friends. Her goal is to inspire and foster creativity while also emphasizing good manners and ethical attitudes among young people.
