Recently, we have organised a chocolate making workshop with Krakowska Manufaktura Czekolady. This company blends traditions from different places of Galicia. Their products are made by hand and are based on traditional recipes.
First, children were cutting shapes from chocolate. Next, they covered them with a liquid chocolate and decorated with sprinkles, shredded coconut and cookies chips. After that, they used chocolate leftovers and shaped them into pralines. In the end, Miss Natalia wrote their names on the blocks of white chocolate and painted children’s faces.
Chocolate workshops were really creative activity that our pupils could enjoy as a part of their classes.
