Please be kindly informed that the doctor’s appointment with Mrs Izabela Stockdale is available on Wednesday 18th October 2017 from 15:00. All interested parents are kindly asked to book the appointment with the Office.
Dr Izabela Stockdale attends the school for all of our community for medical advice free of charge and is also available on a private basis in times outside of her school surgery.
Please be advised that this is only for healthy children. Please don’t come to school with ill/infected children. Should you need any details do not hesitate to contact us.
