As some may know, May is a busy month filled with not only exams but also a whole lot of exciting outdoor activities. The last gardening class was no different for our youngest pupils from Early Years as it was a perfect opportunity for the children to play, learn and grow in various ways. It has taught them more about the life cycle of plants, harvesting and how beneficial observing the nature can truly be.
In order to complete the task of caring for the plants, our pupils have been given a chance to create a small garden patch within the school premises. And so they did! All the items harvested by our little gardeners will be used in the upcoming cooking class.
