On Thursday, primary was a hive of activity. After learning about how useful and necessary different insects were, they set about making “bug hotels” for the garden.
Each class were given some basic materials, but had to use creativity, imagination and other materials they gathered to create their own version of the hotel.
At the end of the day, they presented their creations to the rest of primary and some of the secondary students and two hotels were chosen for special prizes.
