In January 2026, students from Year 5 and above travelled to Arta Terme in Italy for a week-long Ski Camp filled with learning, challenge and fun. Throughout the trip, students participated in daily skiing and snowboarding sessions in ability-based groups, guided by experienced instructors. With excellent weather and well-prepared slopes, beginners built confidence while more advanced skiers progressed to more challenging runs.
Beyond improving their skills on the mountain, students developed independence, resilience and teamwork, often encouraging and supporting one another. Advanced skiers even took on leadership roles by helping younger beginners during practice sessions.
Evenings offered time to relax and socialise, with highlights including swimming, Italian meals, a pizza party and disco, and shared celebrations that brought the group together.
Ski Camp 2026 was not only a sporting adventure but also a valuable experience that strengthened friendships and created lasting memories for our school community.
