That’s a place where children can rest, do their homework, play at different learning stations and also have their additional snack.

Aikido, Year 1 to 5

We are teachers from Krakowski Klub Aikido Onshin. We’re also the part of the Polish Aikido Federation and Japanese Aikido Federation Hombudojo in Tokyo. We are also partners with   ISBA – the International Shiseikan Budo Association. We are allowed to issue certificate exams for children and adults. We offer 50/60 minute aikido training for children a week.

Breakdance, Year 4 to Year 6

Primary level: the main focus of these sessions is on building strength, flexibility and to ‘know the beat’. Knowing the basics of moves and sets that you can do and try everywhere.

Chess (Beginners)

A chance to learn chess and improve your playing skills in the board game of chess. Playing chess can increase creativity, improve memory, and help exercise both sides of the brain. This is for beginners, who have not played chess before

French, YR 1 to 4

Together with little Alice, Léo and Maggie we introduce children to the joyful world of the French language. Rich visual and audio materials, interactive aids, and games encourage creative and effective learning. Through games, rhymes, songs, picture stories, theatre, colouring books, multisensory approach we introduce primary students to the world of the French language and its culture.

Judo, Early Years + Year 1
15:30 – 16:30 (STARTS FROM 18th OCTOBER 2021)
The main purpose of judo activities is to improve children’s general mobility, stimulate their development through carefully selected physical exercises and have fun. The foundation of the judo curriculum for children is based on developing their life-skills such as positive mental attitude, high goal-setting, perseverance, self-control and confidence.

Individual Piano lessons
This year all piano lessons take place after school. There is also an option to have a lesson at 7:45 a.m. or during lunch time. The number of places is limited. Priority is given to pupils who continue their learning from previous years.

TedX, Year 9 to Year 13, FREE
15:30 – 16:30
B1.1
TEDx is about ‘ideas worth spreading’. The club will be based on the organisation of a TEDx conference with live speakers. Pupils will learn about project management, operations, communications, curation and about the central ideas behind the TED organisation. Only Year 9 students and up as the demands of the club are quite complex.
